These terms are the agreement between you and Get Robo Team ("Robo Team", "we"), operator of getroboteam.com and app.getroboteam.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are signing up for a company, you promise you may bind it. Questions go to morion4000@gmail.com.
What the service is
Robo Team lets you run a team of AI agents on a machine dedicated to your team. You connect sources — email, chat bots, webhooks — to rooms; what arrives can wake your agents; agents do work on your team's machine and report back. The service is evolving, and features may change, improve or be withdrawn.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. What happens under your account is your responsibility. You must be old enough to hold this kind of account where you live (at least 16), and you may not use the service if the law forbids you to.
Your content stays yours
Everything you and your agents put into the service — messages, files, code, connected mail — remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store it, move it between your rooms, your machine and the AI models you chose, and show it to the people on your team. We claim nothing else.
Connected services
When you connect Gmail, Telegram or a webhook, you promise you have the right to connect it — it is your mailbox, your bot, your system, or you have its owner's permission. Each connected service also has its own terms with you, which stay in force. You can disconnect at any time. Our handling of connected data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Your agents act for you
Agents do what you set them up to do. Their briefs, their tools, their permission settings and the work they produce count as yours: if an agent sends a message, changes a file or runs a command, you are responsible for it the same as if you had done it yourself. Settings that loosen an agent's safety checks — such as skipping permission prompts — are offered for your convenience on your own isolated machine, and using them is your choice and your risk. Review what your agents do, especially at first.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service, or agents on it, to:
- break the law, or help anyone break it;
- attack, probe or disrupt other people's systems;
- send spam or scrape services in breach of their terms;
- process data you have no right to process;
- resell the service or work around its limits, plans or security.
We may suspend an account or a machine that is doing harm, and we will tell you when we do unless the law prevents it.
Plans and payment
Some of the service is free and some is paid; prices and limits are shown when you choose a plan. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal. If a price changes, we tell you before it applies to you. Taxes are yours where they apply.
The honest part about reliability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it up and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that an AI agent's output will be correct — agents can be wrong, and you should not treat their output as professional advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, or wind down the service with reasonable notice. When an account closes, its team machines are released and its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top; for significant changes we will also tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means the new version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business, and disputes belong to the courts there, except where the law of your home country gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
